This review is from: Escante Women's Clockwork Costume Set (Apparel) The costume itself is pretty hot, but it said in the page info AND on the packaging that it comes with the hat. I had trouble getting a hold of anyone to see what the deal was AND left feedback about not receiving the hat and got no response. If it doesn't come with the hat, DON'T ADVERTISE THAT IT DOES.
